Regime of Imports & Exports
Imports and exports of products are free except for products subject to the restrictions provided by law.

Products Excluded from the Freedom Regime
Are excluded from the regime of freedom of the foreign trade all products affecting security, public order, hygiene, health, morality, the protection of fauna and flora and cultural heritage.

Import and Export Authorization
The products excluded from the regime of freedom at import and export are subject to an authorization issued by the Minister of Commerce.
- Applications for import and / or export authorization are filed electronically as part of the TTN network with an approved intermediary who forwards them to the Ministry of Commerce.
- After examination and study of the involved technical department, the Ministry of Commerce gives its decision and transmits it electronically to the approved intermediary depositary of the application.
- The authorized intermediary informs the importer and / or exporter of the response to his demand.
- In case of a favorable decision the authorized intermediary proceeds with the domiciliation of the authorization, unless another intermediary chooses by the importer / exporter
