Incentives for the development of employability capacity
The State pays the costs of the employer’s share of contribution to the legal social security regime for the recruited Tunisian employees.
- For the first three years for priority sectors
- For the first five years for the first group of the regional development zones
- For the first ten years for the 2nd group of the zones of regional development
The State bears the costs of a part of the salaries of Tunisian employees
- 50% of the salary of higher education graduates or technicians is paid over a period of one year with a ceiling of 250 dinars monthly for the companies whose rate of supervision varies between 10% and 15%
- 50% of the salary of higher education graduates or technicians is paid over a period of 3 years with a ceiling of 250 dinars monthly for the companies whose rate of supervision is higher than 15%.
